Wilson Lake is a small, fairly shallow lake just north of Hazleton. The boat launch is wide enough for two trailers loading or unloading simultaneously and has convenient docks to either side of it. A few acres of grass camping or picnic area is mere yards from the reservoir, though it is usually quite full. While there are a few trees, there isn't a lot of shade and the covered picnic tables tend to be occupied constantly. A nice sandy swimming area is available to the west of the boat launch and it's normally not serverely crowded. Jet skis frequently mess around close to the docks here much to the chagrin of anyone who has a boat moored. It's a decent place to go and only about 20 minutes from Twin Falls.
