Prices were good, my family had fun with the water slide, however customer service not so much. When they arrived the guy asked me where do I want it placed, I said in the backyard. He followed me to the backyard and I told him I wanted in a certain area. I went to the front of my house to get the water hose, came back and they had it turned the opposite way facing towards the trees of my backyard where we can't even see our kids. He assumed I wanted that direction 😔. I asked them KINDLY, if they could possibly move it to the other direction that I wanted, the lady started giving me attitude asking, "well did you tell him specifically which direction? you have to be more specific!" "I said " yes I told him where I wanted the water slide, but he never asked me which direction". If he was not certain he should have not set it up yet and asked me; and not assume that I would have wanted the water slide facing that direction. My family members that came over even asked why was it faced that way, it does not make sense to face it towards my backyard at the trees where we can't even see our kids. Lady then started saying they will charge me just for moving it the other direction and that it's in my contract. She then continues on with an attitude saying out loud " This is heavy, you gotta be more specific ". As I was connecting the water hose I just felt like, oh my gosh, I've never had such bad customer service, they just got here and this lady was giving me straight attitude when I only asked kindly. So as they were trying to move it I just said "ma'am, it's alright you guys can just leave it" and I said it kindly and loud enough for her to hear, I thought she couldn't hear me so I said it the second time " ma'am you can leave it" then this was when I realized she was ignoring me because the guy on the other side heard me and told her what I just said. She said to him "No, she want us to move it we're gonna move it!" saying out loud with attitude as if I was not there to hear it. This was when I did not want to deal with her rantings anymore so I walked away with my child to the front of my house. At the end they didn't even move it to the direction that I had wanted because the lady acted like she was going to fix the issues and didn't. rented the water slide from 2pm to 7pm. They came early to setup which was great, but if I rented until a specific time, they should have came at that time. They had came early at 6:30 ish. Our children were still in the waterslide and it wasn't even time yet, I had to get all our kids out seeing my son's sad face. I felt so bad for our kids and disappointed at the same time that it was not even 7 yet and they came to take it down already. People might think it's only 30 minutes difference, but when you are paying for that time frame and service, you should have it as the time you rented for. Read moreI rented The Paw Patrol Combo for my son’s 4th birthday party. The moment it was dropped off, I could tell that the outside and inside of the bounce house was covered in filth! It had dried mud/dirt everywhere, and red stuff maybe blood so disgusting. I called to let them know about the filth to only be yelled at by one of their employees; which was a female. The lady stated that someone would come to clean the bounce house, but after 15 minutes; she called and said that she had spoken with her manager and that someone will be out to pick up the Paw Patrol Combo because it’s “obvious that we can’t please you!” This customer service was unacceptable, and showed poor quality not only in their services that consumers pay for, but also in how they treat new customers! I will never do business with this company again, nor will I recommend to others! My 4 year old son was heartbroken and cried his eyes out, needless to say that his party was ruined! Read moreThe staff helped during booking to pick the right bounce house waterslide for our 3 year olds birthday party. They always checked prior to our event and payment was super easy. We received friendly reminders two days prior to our event and what time to expect delivery which was great! The staff that delivered the inflatable were on time and set up about an hour and a half prior to event. The delivery staff help find the perfect place to set up the inflatable and also helped moving our trampoline. We were also given a direct contact if we had any questions or issues during our event.
