Lake Nacogdoches Westside Park — Attraction in Nacogdoches

The swimming area was tiny and covered in plant growth there was not much benched shaded area. The boat ramp was really nice. The fishing dock was pretty good too big with lights just the water level is a bit low. Ariel was clean and there was a police officer that was patrolling parking lot area was big and clean the covered gazebos were pretty far from the water yet only one was close enough to overlook the water but not close enough to overlook the swimming area. I will have to try the other side of the lake next time this lake is mainly privately owned and a very small portion is accessible to the public The water look great...

Great park by the lake with a challenging disc golf course. Course is in good shape and has nice concrete tee pads and fantastic tee signs that show the layout of the hole, feet measurements and direction of the next tee. Built with lots of elevation and even the shorter holes can be difficult with all the trees. First time here and we'll definitely be back next time we're in...

West Park dg course is beat in but never easy with a decent amount of elevation and complex lines it will keep you on your toes thru and thru. Too easy?
