Nacogdoches County Exposition & Civic Center — Attraction in Nacogdoches

This place was a complete disaster! Last night I went to see Cody Johnson in concert here. Since there is no air conditioning, it felt like it was easily 100° inside. There was only ONE place to get water, which was not even cold, and the line was 200 people deep all night. Then they ran out of water the last time we tried to go buy some. They should be sued for endangering people. You cannot have that many people in that kind of heat without water available. They were no water fountains, cooling stations, etc. either.

To start the evening, we waited in line in the heat for an hour outside (and that was an hour after doors opened). Then packed inside in the heat. Waited in line for 45 minutes for water. Then the restrooms all flooded with sewage water. I would never pay money to come to this venue again. They should refund all of our money for this complete lack of preparation. I’ve never seen anything so bad when I have paid a good amount of money...

Big open space in the arena. Bench seating in along the sides. Vendor prices are reasonable. Absolutely no control in the parking lot which left many folks blocked in by inconsiderate or unaware people.
