Wonderful and large park for off-leash hikes and running with great views. The two enclosed areas next to the parking, one for small and shy dogs and one for larger dogs has a lot of thistles and weeds but still allow for training and play. Unfortunately from time to time aggressive or uneducated dog owners let their dogs play unattended, chatting or on their phones while the dogs interact inappropriately. It only takes seconds for it to get too rough.. I don't know how many times I've seen yelling owners accomplishing nothing but amping the aggression up and dog fights ensue. Read moreThis is a lovely trail up and down hills with great views of the vineyards and the nearby town. The 2-3 mile trail branches off in several places, but it's very easy to find your way back. There are many random benches and even a picnic table. There will be dogs without leashes, even in the areas where a leash is required and there are water bowls for the dogs as well. There are not very clean portables instead of a bathroom. Not wheelchair accessible and you may be able to get an all-terrain stroller in here but you need to have some really good muscles to get it up these hills. It was pretty muddy too, so...
