First time visitor. Very disappointed and not recommended.
Upon our arrival (Thursday, 07/22 at approximately 4:30 p.m.), after purchasing 2 tickets and 2 pairs of special socks for my partner and I online ($72.07), we checked in and started walking through the facility to see what kind I’of fun was about to ensue. The facility was clean, so that was cool. We approached the basketball trampoline area only to find that there was no ball to play. No big deal. We found a team member to inquire and were told that they don’t know where the basketball is and we would be able to play. Ok. Moving along. We then went over to the “WIPEOUT” area where there is a sign stating that the attraction is open by request and to consult a team member. We went back and asked a team member to allow us to get into the the attraction. The team member paged someone numerous times to no avail. After 15 minutes, nobody came to facilitate, so we again disappointedly chalked up the loss and moved on. I would like to note that there were SEVERAL team members standing around and behind the cafe counter talking and laughing, while we were unable to get help. We played a bit of dodgeball. That was cool. Perhaps one of the biggest let downs was the fact that the entire VR (virtual reality) section was completely “down.” We did some “general” jumping… that was cool. But both myself and my partner had run out of entertainment after about 45 minutes. Without complaining, we decided to share our concerns and disappointment with the staff and asked if we could possibly get a Voucher for another time when attractions were actually open or to go to the other location to be able to fully enjoy the urban air experience. We were advised that they were “unable to do that” and that “when attractions are down or unavailable is beyond our control.” I understand uncontrollable situations; however, when 50% of your entertainment attractions are unavailable and you not only show no level of concern when these items are brought to your attention… that’s a problem. I don’t mind spending good money for good entertainment, but the value was completely absent for this 45 minute $72 adventure. You work too hard for your money. Spend it on an event or experience that will be worthwhile....
Read moreWhere to start. We had a party for two girls. Check in was easy. We were told we were in room 3 and the guy at check in pointed out our party host. After printing out our check in tickets I walked back to the back to start setting up for our party. I noticed there was a party in our room already setting up. I waited outside for our party host and another host came up and asked who's party we were there for. I told her and she said they had us at a table. I told her I was told we were in party room three and I started to tell her I had my receipt when she rudely cut me off and told me that was not my room. I told her I would go up to the front to talk to them and double check and she told me not to bother. At this time her sister, our party host, came over to tell this host she had made a mistake. She was so hateful to her sister. Our host told us she now had to kick the other party out and they were going to be mad. ( Not my fault I paid extra for the room) We were supposed to be able to get into the room at 1:45 to decorate for the party room by 2 we couldn't even get into the room till close to 2:30. We get the kid socks on and the kids go play. The kids did love the park. With our party there was supposed to be balloons, there were none. My sisterinlaw had brought some thankfully, but I had planned on that being covered. The food came out. Our chicken tenders were so burnt. Way overcooked. No sauce. Then right at 4 we were kicked out. I had lost track of time and didn't even realized we were that close to time. I was told we had a party coordinator. That should have been part of their job, and considering we weren't able to get into the room till close to 45 minutes after we were told we could you would think there would be some wiggle room on a few minutes. Over all I would never book a party here again. If you come to just play there were very limited places to sit. You would think for a party over 450 and asking for a tip for the "party coordinator" you would get a better experience. Just look somewhere else for a...
Read moreThis place is great for children, I am giving them 2 stars because customer service can make you or break your business. First let me say that I got a membership because I am here for few months work and I needed indoor activity for my daughter and I figure it would be a good idea to get a membership here because we usually go to the location in Little Rock Arkansas and we love it there. Now here the first issue was that on our first day the black lady who is believed to be the manager was very rude and not present at all, second time we came here all team members were in the back room with no one to give us the band , and I could here the guy telling them that there is a customer waiting , which took them a while before someone would come out and ended up giving us the wrong band. Another issue was when we tried to get our pizza which is included in our membership the young lady told us that they didn't have any more pizza , asked if we could wait for 5 minutes which turn out to be more than 20 minutes. Now today we come in and the young heavy set lady was just acting weird and unhappy when she found out that we had a membership instead of buying actual ticket she tried to argue with me. This people just need to get a training on how to treat customers because we are paying our hard earned money and they should also understand that they have to work hard to get paid. Most of the people that work here are young and lazy in general. If you don't care about how you are treated then you can bring your children here , but don't expect any good customer service from...
