New Cowhide Cover Campground provides nice shady areas for camping and open beaches on the lake that surrounds the campground.
This is your typical Army Corp Campground. Typical in that everything is designed with campers in mind. The sites are angled just right for backing in. The sites are wide with no hidden obstacles, making it a breeze to back in. Typical Army Corp means PERFECT in every way.
There is a playground on site for the kids and a designated area for swimming.

Trash cans in the campground means no hauling your trash to a remote dumpster.
Showers and bathhouses are available.
