A Beautiful Bluebonnet Experience at Retreat Hill We had a wonderful time visiting Retreat Hill! The owner went above and beyond by opening up his field for visitors to enjoy the breathtaking bluebonnets. He thoughtfully marked a walkway through the flowers so we could admire them without damaging the area — such a considerate touch. There was also a clean portable potty on-site, which made things super convenient, especially for families. Parking was easy and accessible. The most amazing field to take pictures in and free to use without trespassing on someone’s private property without their permission. The man who owns it is in a bluebonnet tracking group on Facebook and told me we were welcome to come take our family photos after our previous location didn’t have good blooms this year.
