My husband and I went in with a very open mind, eagerly wanting to be convinced of Bigfoot. While there are some very interesting things, it was more of a “collection” of travels (boards with pictures of people “searching” for evidence of Bigfoot), along with bones (or recreations) of dinosaurs, etc, horse tail braiding (why would a Bigfoot do that??), as well as an alien side room (not sure how it connected). The museum was difficult to follow with no real “flow” or story. We were unsure how some “artifacts” were related to Bigfoot. Many of the displays had small writing or post it notes. We admire the work that went in to creating this museum. However, it was a thrown together collection of events, conferences and location visits. We left with more questions than answers. We were utterly confused the entire time. We lean more towards the non existence of...

The last review by Suman said it well. This is definitely a collection of travels and stories by Bigfoot Enthusiasts. I was instructed to sit and listen to stories, mostly unrelated to Bigfoot. Even when I asked how it was related, she couldn't give me a tie-in. When I tried to get up to walk around, I was told "Not right now". The presentation was over an hour and tedious. I had hoped to pop in and pop out. Harriet definitely has passion, but this is part of her house that's been converted to support her hobby. Even during museum hours I had to call the number to be let in. So awkward. It seems like Harriet wants people to share her collection and stories with. I wanted to see and learn about Bigfoot. Unfortunately, neither of those were accomplished. I'm giving two...

If you are passing through Hastings, Nebraska you must stop here and support Harriet and her search for bigfoot! My friend and I stopped on a road trip and it was the best choice we made! Harriet has so much knowledge, and is such a lovely person, her care and passion are evident! Also, it is the only wheel chair accessible big foot museum in the world, she really does care! There is a replica garden that is still in process but it's a nice stroll to an extra surprise at the end of the tour! At $5 a person it's worth the adventure 😍 whether you're a believer or not, it's very interesting, and you just might start looking for signs of BF on...

Harriett is such a lovely lady. So welcoming to everyone who comes in. The place takes donations and only asks for $5.00 per person to come see all of their exhibits. It is well worth the price. She has so much information and experiences with the whole bigfoot community. We only stayed for little over an hour but could have sat and talked with Harriett all evening long. It was a great first stop for the beginning of our little vacation.

Harriet was kind and obviously passionate. This place is a private residence converted to a museum. She has lots of pictures and artifacts mostly of braided horse manes and flags. Interesting if you are a sasquatch enthusiast. Would have been a good 30 minute stop over for $5 a piece, but the stories were long and not that interesting.
