Love the place. I use it as a halfway stopping off four trips to Reno or out to Winnemucca. You can buy gas, snacks, sodas, cold weather, clothing, and cool t-shirts. They have the Tahoe brand jerky and Tahoe mini sausages that are just out of this world. They also have sandwiches and burritos that you can heat up in their microwave. They have every soda you can imagine in their cooler section and you can get sodas through the tap with ice as well as coffee and hot chocolate. The Burger King that was attached next door is no longer in business.

The counter people are always friendly and helpful and if you have a question or looking for something specific they will come out from behind the counter and help you find it.

The restrooms are always clean and the women's restroom has three stars so I've never had to wait in line there. The picnic area across the road has a great view. I've never used the snow park but it seems to be super popular in the winter when...

I been bringing my kids and the fam here for the last 20 years help this year Dec 25th was the last time we had 4 cars full of family came to find out they now charge 30 dollars per car per parking never again will be coming here 120 dollars just to park for less then 2 hours? Wtf this is a robbery 10 bucks maybe 15 BUT 30?????? COME ON and on top of that we usually spend 200 to 300 dls at the store

Reply 3500 is what I counted just in parking fees the day I was there and that was just the overflow parking you guys are at least making 15k in a day just in parking fees I understand yall have employees and equipment yall have to pay but come on 30 bucks to park? I don't know if you notice how is not as crowded as it usually is on Christmas and how people are not spending as much as they used to in the store maybe if you consider lowering your parking fee I would have spend more money in the store hope...

When California politicians want to speak about "price gouging," they only need to look at their OWN STATE‼️ Here is a PERFECT example of that. It's snowing, so Emigrant Gap was tire chains only and was sent off the highway directed to get tire chains at this Shell gas station. This station wanted 3 times the price of anywhere else. In addition to this fact, their fuel was $1.50 more per gallon than what we saw driving from LA. Trying to charge almost $6 for fuel when everywhere else is at the $4 mark is precisely "price gouging" Unless you're bringing the children to play in the snow, might I suggest avoiding this establishment. I said what I said. However, it is quite interesting how the owner of the snow park knows so much about the...
