Review of the camping area only, the refuge scenic drives may be awesome. Trashy rundown Nevada Wildlife mgmt campground. Only 7 spots but half are closed due to covid restrictions ( which is strange as the sites are 100ft or more apart..). Free camping with 8 day limit. Sites are beat down, and trashy. No toilets, water, trash cans, or hookups. Cell service seems good however. Biggest drawback is the large active Magnesite plant across road with lights, alarms, backup beeping all nite long!! Good luck on sleeping here. CG is adjacent to hwy noise also but is close to Overton, which is all this place...
