Audio Source — Attraction in New Braunfels

I have been to so many audio places for my new Mustang GT and spent at least a $2,000 on junk recommended by other places. I went to Audio Source to get all the stuff fixed I installed and turned out to be all junk, from so called audio companies. Zach took the time to explain to me what it truly takes to get quality sound out of your car stereo and even showed me different cars that take your breath away. I then fully understood what it takes to beat the competition and decided to follow Zach's recommendations. I now have a $10,000 car stereo system that sounds like no other car system and can compete in any car stereo competition. I bought an amazing JL Audio system with JVC J-1000 stereo and cannot begin to explain the sound and sound quality that comes from my stereo. Zach gave me a lifetime guarantee and has stuck by his promise 100%. The slightest little issue he takes serious and has his team fix right there on the spot. My system is extremely complicated and Zach and team make everything so easy to tune. I have never heard such great sounds/music in my life. So glad I went to Audio Source after going to multiple car audio stores, best decision I have ever made. There is no better car audio store in the US; they even had the JL Audio team custom tune my system which shows you the detail those guys go to to ensure every customer has the best sounding system in the world. What can I say about Audio Source? Well all I can say is that they are awesome they are very detail oriented they are clean as far as their applications and they really know how to detail out graphic designs on boats.

Erik and Zach are awesome to work with. I asked for a custom wrap on my tri tune 2020 excursion and I am beyond impressed with how sick this thing turned out. When I talked to Erik about the design that I wanted he kind of gave me a funny look but as we started working together we came up with some very sick designs and believe me this design pops and I get nothing but head turns both on the water and when I’m pulling the boat to and from the water. Take a look at the pictures and find out for yourself. Great job Audio Source I would recommend them to anybody in their pricing is very comparable with everybody else...

Horrible install!!!!

Took my system to get installed. Was told it would be a few hours. 6 hours later no system. I was then told parts needed to be ordered and Audio Source would contact me in a week when all the parts came in. The radio was partially hooked up but i had no sound. I called back a few weeks later and was told that I had called back and said I didn't want the parts. I informed the person over the phone that I had been waiting almost 3 1\2 weeks without a radio. I was then told that they couldn't get me in until the next week. I got my system installed with no braces to hold the box. The terminals broke off. Then the amp would just stay on. Over all spent $300 on install which lasted maybe 3 months. Was told it would be another $40 to look at. Took it to Best Buy and was told it was wired wrong. Thanks Audio...
