I don’t usually write reviews, but after spending the afternoon at SkyZone with my three grandchildren (ages 4, 6, and 9), I simply had to share what a wonderful experience it was!
First, the prices are excellent, and the deals they offer make it easy to enjoy a fun day out without breaking the bank. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive, and genuinely involved. They even played with my grandchildren, which made the whole visit so special. Honestly, I’m not sure who had more fun, my grandkids or me!
Now, let me tell you about Ryan, my 6-year-old. His absolute favorite part of the day was the foam pit. I watched him jump in with the biggest grin on his face, bury himself in those soft foam blocks, and pop back up laughing. He spent ages building towers out of the foam blocks, knocking them down, and starting all over again. I even tried to join in (don’t tell anyone!), and let’s just say my “tower” didn’t survive more than three seconds—but I had a blast watching Ryan’s masterpiece rise higher and higher!
I also want to give a special shout-out to the manager. As someone who didn’t grow up with smartphones or online forms, I was a little confused about the waiver. The manager walked me through it step by step, made everything super easy to understand, and ensured I felt comfortable signing for all three grandkids. It was so helpful, and it really made me feel welcome.
The food came quickly and was delicious, which is always a bonus when you’re running around with three little ones. And as for cleanliness, I’ve seen some reviews calling the place dirty, but I couldn’t disagree more. SkyZone was spotlessly tidy, with employees constantly wiping tables, sweeping, and keeping everything in order.
All in all, SkyZone is a true gem. With friendly staff, clean facilities, tasty food, and fun for every age, it’s no wonder my grandchildren had such a blast. Ryan keeps talking about that foam pit tower, and honestly, neither do I. We’ll definitely be back, and next time, I might even attempt a jump myself (at my own...
Read moreI had a two hour kids party here for my son and his cousins/classmates. It was really overpriced. I wasn’t aware we wouldn’t get a private room when checking in. We got an open loft space after we’ve been there after an hour. Very disorganized check in. It was a crowded Saturday. I had no idea who’s in my group or there for something else. They yelled at my diabetic father for wearing shoes on the platform (if he cuts his feet he might lose a leg). They also yelled at my handicapped mother in law for the same situation. The older adults are there to see their grandchildren. Of course they want to experience them jumping on the trampolines. They made them wear a special sticker after an awkward argument. We wanted the adults to enjoy themselves too so we ordered xtra pizzas @ $16/ per pizza (the pizza is not that great. I wish you could just order your own from the outside). They didn’t consider giving any of the adults something to drink. Parents started to complain to us that they were thirsty. We wanted them to have something so we went down to the counter. They wanted $2.50 for EACH bottle of water so we opted for the free pitchers of water instead. . They had a teenager monitor the entire party so you had to ask a kid for permission for almost everything and then tip him at the end. After paying $500+tip I went down to get my sons gifts. They handed me 1 bag of presents. I asked if that was it and they told me it was.. but I realized the present I bought him wasn’t in the bag they gave me. When I brought it to their attention, they came out with huge second bag that I would have just left there not knowing it even existed. It’s also suppose to include a tshirt. I asked before we left if I got my sons T-shirt and they said I had it and it was probably at the bottom at one of the present bags. Surprise it wasn’t there. It made my son happy, but it’s the last time I’d have a...
Read moreI never write reviews (good or bad), but Sky Zone was a let down this year. I’ll start by saying I had a party for my son there last year, and it went great. The party space was clean, my party host was nice, helpful, and happy to be there, and all of the gifts/party materials were accounted for. Fast forward to this year—I booked a party with them again, expecting a similar experience. While the children still had fun, the customer service wasn’t the same. The party room wasn’t as clean; there was food on the floor and large crumbs on the counter. My party host didn’t seem very happy to be there or happy to help me. She did her job, though. Even though the service wasn’t as good, I chalked it up to just being really lucky last year. Then, we headed home with our bins and gifts. That should be the end of the story, but it’s not. When my son started opening his gifts at home, my mother-in-law noticed that two gifts and a card were missing. While unpacking our bins, I noticed that two large storage bags were missing as well. We went back within an hour of leaving there, and they couldn’t find them. I was told they would contact the other parties and let me know. I went back the next day, and again, they had no update for me. I also contacted them via text. I heard back on the following Monday, and I continued to text every few days about any updates. They said they were reviewing video footage. As of today, it has been two weeks, and I have no information about the gifts, card, or bags. It’s not the fact that our things were lost, stuff happens; it’s the way they’ve handled it. Their customer service was disappointing this year; they don’t seem concerned that our things went missing while...
