Aqua Vacation Rentals and Property Management — Attraction in New Buffalo

If I could give zero I would this was the worst vacation experience ever. When we were there it was hot. Some windows had no screens some had no blinds. It was hot the air conditioner was inadequate for the size of the house. Part of the deck was caution taped, because of extreme erosion. Dead and live bugs were everywhere. Killed and disposed of at least 30 spiders flies and ticks. Found a tick in one of the beds. Bedding was damp from humidity in house. Downstairs bathroom had what looked like mold coming thru wall. After calling management for refund they said there was nothing they could do. After talking to their maintenance man we were told they were tearing the house down, and I can see why. Left the house could not stay in such deplorable conditions. We stayed at casa de playa at the end of June it was hot if you told us about the erosion and caution tape we would not have come. If I was there in May it would of been cooler. Three reviews are not impressive , if they are even legit. Tonya only mentioned brewrys to go to. I guess she thought if we got drunk we wouldn't mind the crappie house. We stayed only one night trying to make the best of it. But the heat and humidity was horrible with the crappie air...

We had a wonderful vacation at Woodland Paradise. The property- inside and out - was outstanding. Outdoors, we enjoyed the swimming in the pool, making s'mores around the fire pit, and playing soccer in the soccer field. The young ones in our party loved the playground. In both the main house and in the guest house, the accommodations were tasteful yet inviting. The notebook with instructions was comprehensive. The kitchen was well equipped and we did lots of cooking. Outside, the gas grill was large and easy to use. There was lots of seating indoors as well as outdoors. Our hosts welcomed us with a big sign, a wonderful bottle of champagne, the ingredients and sticks for making s'mores, and a giant jar filled with packaged snacks- we enjoyed them all. The property includes a game room with a pool table, dart board, and lots of other games to enjoy indoors. We also visited Lake Michigan beaches and brought from the house the fluffy beach towels, comfortable beach chairs and umbrella. Woodland Paradise is a place that makes it easy to relax and have fun - lots of space - and toys, games, books, musical instruments- in an idyllic wooded setting. We hope...

We have been renting with Aqua Vacation Rentals for many years and always have such a wonderful experience. They have a nice selection of homes for different size groups. We have rented with other families and we have rented just our small family. The homes are always very clean and well prepared for our stay. If we ever have an issue the owners, Tonya and Henry are always very quick to respond and handle things.
