We got married here on October 17th, and I’m so glad we chose VMV as our venue! Honestly, I don’t have enough good things to say about it. From the initial inquiry, Jacqui was so helpful in answering all of many questions and coming up with a proposal that worked perfectly for us. During our first tour we absolutely fell in love with the property. The pictures truly don’t do it justice! We toured a few other venues, but most of them felt so highly priced for what they offered, and the cost was unjustifiable for what was included. We found that VMV was an affordable option for us, and felt that it was worth every penny and more for the value we received!

Working with Jacqui to plan our wedding was such a wonderful experience. We are from out of town, which made planning and visiting more difficult. Jacqui was so accommodating and we truly felt valued and cared for, whereas our initial impressions of other venues we looked at felt more transactional. She was so helpful in offering suggestions and ideas based on the property and our vision. It was so convenient that she had tables and chairs available for use for both the ceremony and reception so that we didn’t have the added stress of coordinating with a third party rental company. She and her crew did an incredible job of setting everything up exactly how we wanted it. Having a bridal suite onsite was also very convenient for getting ready/outfit changes.

The day of the wedding, Jacqui and her crew were true pros in helping to ensure that the day ran as smoothly as possible. She even came to the rescue when my florist neglected to bring the number of vases we had agreed upon for the tables.

The ceremony space is nestled in between rows of vines and included a paver pathway and gorgeous arbor against the backdrop of the blue ridge mountains. The reception space was beautiful, offering surrounding views of the vineyard by day, and beautifully lit with chandeliers and ambient lights at night creating the perfect atmosphere for dinner and dancing. In addition to all of that, ourselves and our guests loved the diverse selection of wines - all of which are exceptional.

We are so thrilled with our experience at VMV, and we’ll definitely be visiting again for the wine, views and memories the next time...

I am very upset in how the owner acted on my wedding day. Even though it was raining a little I still wanted my ceremony outdoors and she kept insisting to have it in the tent. They never put up the chairs for my ceremony, so when I walked down the aisle everyone is standing up.. I have 80 year old grandparents that needed to sit down. It was so embarrassing and sad. Towards the end of the night after the send off at 10pm, shortly after around 10:15 she started raise her voice at us (including the wedding party) to quickly pack everything up and get out. We had the Venue until 11pm and the next morning to pick up our things so I wasn’t sure why she was so upset and yelling at everyone. It definitely put me in a bad mood on my wedding night. She talked to all of us like we were children. I feel like I can’t ever go back and visit where I got married. To any brides that want to get married here.. just don’t! Unless you want to be stressed out by the owner all day. I’m not the only bride that has gone through this here. I also heard from someone who knows the owner that she has said how she hates weddings and doesn’t enjoy having them at her vineyard. Maybe don’t have a wedding venue and ruin peoples wedding day and make them miserable just because you are a...

Very nice little Vinyard nestled up in the mountains. We went with some friends who live in the area and frequently visit this Vineyard. It was a great fall day when we came they have a huge field with a bunch small tables and lounging chairs that you can sit and look down the field in into the mountains in the background. My wife got a flight of their wines and enjoyed them very much. We had great service even sitting down in the field oh, our waitress would come down and take our orders and come back after a few minutes. The whole place is pretty Scenic. They had a large tented area which they look like they were setting up to conduct a wedding. Walked the property some all very nice. If you need a place where you can sip some wine and get some good scenery you can't go wrong here. We would highly...

Absolutely beautiful vineyard overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains. The atmosphere is incredibly serene, and the outdoor seating is exactly what the soul needs these days (with plenty of social distancing available). The wine selections were delicious - both red and white - with a few bold options such as the Holiday Spice and Cabernet Franc. The owners are lovely and kind hearted individuals who take great pride in their work. Highly recommend a visit here.
