Not Dog Friendly
Please keep your dog at home. I keep mine at home when I go to Elkins Beach because I like to respect the town's ordinance. It is really unfair when I see dog owners violating this ordinance, and the local authorities do nothing about it, while my pup is at home unable to enjoy this gorgeous beach. It is not fair for beachgoers to come to this beach and have a random dog attack their children when they trusted this was a dog-free beach.
