The rio rancho 2021 fall festival was pretty neat! All the vendors were cool and had nice set ups. The food truck lines were outrageously looong but that's definitely a plus for them because that means they were making money 💰 I am all for supporting locals and their businesses! We did have to wait in line for food for about 30 minutes to order then about another 20 minutes to get just two fried corns from teddy lu but they were delicious! Burnt fideo sold out and so did burrito baby. We got dinner from mighty Mike's meats and just brought it home to eat since there really wasn't any where to sit and be able to actually eat our food. Ordinarily beautiful is a cotton candy vendor and I could not believe how long that line was it was probably the longest vendor line the entire time we were there. We considered waiting but figured it had to be over an hour wait because there was only 2 people making the cotton candy all fresh per order! We did buy some popcorn from cornivore as well as southwest popcorn and candy co. as well as some cotton candy from them since it was already bagged up. It was a nice experience with the music and the beer garden whose line was super long ad well the music a d all the cute pumpkin set ups were pretty awesome!! Also went for 4th of July celebration...
