New Russia Township Park & Nature Preserve — Attraction in New Russia Township

I took my four year old son here for the first time a few days ago, and he LOVED IT! And honestly, so did I. We live about 40 min away and this is definitely one of the nicest parks we have visited. I just wish they didn’t have porta potty’s in their restrooms, but it is manageable. The park is very clean and so big! I was so surprised at how large the park actually was. Many different playground equipment, even for the handicapped.♥️ This park has soft ground mats in some of the equipment. They have mom and baby swings in another section at the end of the park when the pond is. A few portapotty type toilets, no sink, but do have hand sanitizer. Lots of parking surrounds the park. I hate that there’s only one regular swing now it makes it impossible for my children to swing together without it being very uncomfortable for the younger one (11), very disappointed in this park for also only including one swing because it seems a lot of parks are taking this turn of not including familys and friends being able to swing...
