Block Island National Wildlife Refuge — Attraction in New Shoreham

This refuge is not actually accessible to the public. The entrance is marked private and there are several private residences built inside of where the map says the refuge should be. The part that is available for hiking is actually next door in the Hodge family wildlife preserve. It was a great experience, although a very short out and back hike.
