Crossing from New York to New Jersey (westbound) is free but entering New York from New Jersey (eastbound) costs $15 more or less. This is simply robbing people to cover the construction cost of over a billion USD and beyond (making huge profit every single day). Port Authority NY/NJ must stop robbing people entering New York.
