Upper Level Entertainment Hall — Attraction in Newark

The owner is a lady, She’s very rude for a church lady. The way the build is set-up, the church is downstairs & the hall is upstairs. I rented the hall for 4 hrs she charged me 450. She want to charge me more for “cleaning”. My advice, meet with her in person, document the arrangements, record the arrangements. She can be a little greedy & want more money. Attended a repast, the space was a little tight trying to accommodate 80 plus people on one side. The interior and decor was nice, onsite parking available,but limited. Ample street parking in the area....
