Great Oregon Wine Company & Distillery — Attraction in Newberg

This was our first stop coming into the Willamette Valley and it was great! My wife and I arrived just in time for a tasting an hour before closing, but we were not rushed. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable and even gave us lots of recommendations for other wineries and restaurants on our wine road trip of the west coast. I had a distillery flight of 3 whiskeys, a gin, and a sweet vermouth and my wife had a wine flight — both were delicious. We left with a couple bottles of wine and a barrel-aged gin. Would return! Lynette is fantastic!! We visited two other wineries on Saturday and the flight Lynette created was by far our favorite. She made us feel so welcome and so at home and is a super personable human who really seems to love what she does. We ended up leaving with four bottles.
