I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sunapee ski resort and it has quickly become my favorite destination for skiing. The mountain itself is fantastic, with great runs for skiers of all levels, but what really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness by every member of the team that we encountered. It was clear that everyone working at the resort was dedicated to making sure that we had an enjoyable experience, and this level of care and attention really made a difference. I was particularly impressed by the leadership at Sunapee ski resort, who have clearly put a lot of effort into creating a positive and supportive environment for their employees. This is reflected in the exceptional customer service that we received, and it's no surprise that so many people keep coming back to this resort year after year. Overall, I would highly recommend Sunapee ski resort to anyone looking for a fantastic skiing experience. The combination of great runs and outstanding customer service makes it a truly special place, and I can't wait to come back again soon.

buyer beware!!!! this mountain closed at 4pm. even on saturday’s 🤦. don’t make the same mistake me and my dad did. in the few runs we did manage to do the slopes were good and snow was good even though it was most likely fake. pretty views. personally i think it’s way to unnecessarily expensive for what it was and to only be open until 4. signage was not great and it was very confusing to navigate as it was our first and last time going here. i would definitely go to a cheaper and more efficient mountain next time. if you live close, have little kids that get up early and your rich this is the perfect mountain for you.

Fun trails! Good food and lodge and friendly staff! Lifts are great and there are trails for all levels of riders. Terrain park is very small and is not incorporated into any of the trails, it’s its own little section in front of the lodge.

Great skiing. I've been skiing here for school and occasionally after school on a weekend.

The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is there new environmentally friendly move. They got rid of straws but kept the lids for sodas. (However I should note that they will get rid of soda lids.) However they also got rid of the lids for their hot beverages. So you have to carefully walk across a crowded lodge, in ski boots, and avoid spilling your hot drink on someone or yourself. Frankly I find that especially stupid and they should either provide lids for hot beverages or find new ones that are more environmentally safe if possible. I'd hate to ruin someone's day by spilling hot chocolate over someone or their...

Went here early March. Awful experience. The mountain is completely unequipped for large crowds. 2 hour+ waits for equipment rentals. Wifi does not work— no way to communicate. Lines all over the place. The actual skiing is not great, icy. Ever since Vale acquired the mountain, apparently, it has been very bad. Sunapee is basically the epitome of a bad New England ski mountain. They pack you in like sardines in a can and charge you hundreds of dollars for bad skiing, bad food, and the privilege of waiting in line for hours and hours. The couple of runs you’ll actually get to go on are not very good. I want...
