Brides: I wanted to let you know that my experience is different than most. I picked Vinewood Stables as our venue almost a year before our date and in the process, the owners changed hands. Vinewood is one of the most beautiful places you could choose. I had so many compliments on our wedding. We even did our engagement pictures there and boy were they beautiful! The planning was fun and they were always available to answer questions. The weeks leading up to the ceremony are stressful and with the exception of not being able to decide on a signature drink, they made it all very smooth. Our rehearsal was well run and everyone knew what they were supposed to do the day of. Our ceremony was at the tree and it did rain all morning so if there was panic, my wedding planner (the previous owner) never let me know. They kept to their timeline and were there when I needed anything. We did all our pictures before the ceremony and were able to hang out a little bit before the ceremony in that beautiful house! Our reception was beautiful! It was hot as anything (I did pick a June date in Georgia, I should have known ;) ) but I heard that in the coming months they were going to close the barn up and put in an air conditioning. I have to say it ran smoothly and everything was on time. We even left our sparklers at the hotel and they had spare ones to give us that night and saved the evening! I hope this venue keeps the same charm and ease that the previous owners had established for so many years! Pictures were taken by Kandi Daniels Studio

Vinewood Staples is nothing short of exceptional, a venue that combines timeless charm, thoughtful design, and flawless execution in one unforgettable setting. From the moment you arrive, the property exudes a quiet elegance. The historic character of the barn and home is perfectly balanced with modern comforts, creating an atmosphere that’s both warm and sophisticated. The team at Vinewood was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the event seamless. Every detail was accounted for, from vendor coordination to layout transitions and guest experience. Their ability to anticipate needs without being intrusive speaks volumes about their experience and commitment to excellence. The outdoor ceremony space was picturesque, and the flow into the indoor reception was effortless. Lighting, acoustics, and overall ambiance elevated the evening without overpowering the natural charm of the venue. It truly felt curated but never forced. Whether you’re a bride, groom, guest, or planner, Vinewood Staples delivers an elevated experience with soul. Highly recommended for those who value authenticity, beauty, and top-tier service in one of the region’s most inspiring settings.

This venue was everything we could have hoped! It was extremely affordable for the amount of care and help we received. My husband and I were not wanting to be the DIY bride and groom and this venue allowed us to sit back and let it all be taken care of. For starters, the design studio was amazing! We were a bit skeptical initially, but after seeing the beautiful decor, bouquets, and flowers, we were absolutely speechless! It was so gorgeous! Secondly, the team at Vinewood is incredible! Diane and Chelsea were so helpful for us as we went along the process! A huge shoutout to Diane for all she did for us and the help we received! We truly got to sit back and make decisions without having to do much of anything! Lastly, the actual day of was flawless! Chelsea, our wedding day director, did an amazing job making sure everything flowed smoothly! She always made sure we had a water or drink and was helpful to the very last minute! Everyone was so kind and helpful the entire way through with amazing prices for the product we received. Not to mention, the food was incredible! We are so so happy with how our wedding turned out and so thankful for the team at Vinewood!

My wedding was in June 2022. Id like to start by saying our wedding day turned our amazing and everything ran much more smoothly than I expected. Jontae, our wedding day coordinator, was amazing. We had some issues with traffic and being extremely late to our rehearsal, and she was graceful and calmed me down. She was one of the few people at Vinewood that alleviated my stress. From the beginning of booking the venue, we were made to believe that our payment would be a certain price. We were aware from the beginning that since it was an "all-inclusive" venue, there would be rules. We booked the venue thinking it was a certain total sum - which they showed us on paper. We paid that. Then, after specifically choosing our food, our total went up even more over the estimated range. We paid that, we wanted good food at our wedding. Then, we had our design meeting. At booking, they told us that most couples could fit design items in the small amount that was included in our original estimate. We believed that. After our design meeting, the total increased another $10k. Not to mention that it took over a month for me to call and email them multiple times to even get an invoice for the design part of my wedding. After seeing that estimate I was shocked. We were over budget by a shocking amount. So I emailed the design team, asking what could be done about it. I got no response again. So, believing I could do this based on what we discussed at booking, I booked my own florist a couple months before wedding day and paid the deposit. I bought my own candles as well. The comes the 30 days before wedding phone meeting. We went over the design portion, where I was struggling to take things out to stay in budget, and they said I couldn't get my own candles or get out of house florals not including wedding party florals. I told them no on had been communicating with me, I had already paid deposit, and had my fiancé talk to them. We were incredibly frustrated. So, they eventually worked with me. Jennifer helped me out a ton at this point- a month before my wedding- and didn't make me feel like she was out to make money off me. Things got figured out and I would be able to bring some of my out of house florals and candles. Wedding week and rehearsal went well. Wedding day went surprisingly well, after stressing that things would not be the same after all these issues. I was surprised and I loved everything the design team did. It was beautiful and I wouldnt change it. What I would change is my venue choice if I did it again. Because from the beginning, it felt impersonal and it felt like everything was about paying up to them and making them look good. At some points, we felt like we had to scramble to fit into the budget because we went so much over our original estimate. Communication was a big issue. Especially for the design team. I realize that prices are higher now for everything, especially weddings but my whole experience leading up to wedding day was extra stressful. And I was made to feel like I needed to spend tons of cash just because I had already booked with them and had no way out. Ultimately, our wedding day turned out beautiful and that is all I need. No response or explanation will change my honest review. I wish it was a better experience but I am glad the most important...

An extremely aesthetic place to get married at which is nice, it takes away many of the usual wedding hassles by having another person manage things for you but....

It is a bit too strict with their operational rules during the events. We had the groomsmen and brides maids waiting outside the enclosed food area in the scorching heat for a annoying 1.5 hours before the Bride and the Groom could enter the food area for their grand entrance.

At first we tried to have the Bridesmaid and Groomsmen wait in the VIP lounge house (which is where they had to wait before the wedding anyways) but they were kicked out and told that it was only for the Bride and Groom when the Bride and Groom clearly wanted us to stay there. The VIP lounge is a 2 story lounge with many aesthetic rooms and one of them made specifically for the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen. This is just one of the more noticeable examples of the event managers being way too strict with useless operational rules that were very obviously irrational.

It seems as though the event managers love to focus on their obviously useless rules more than focusing on making rational decisions throughout the day that will ultimately make this ONCE in a LIFETIME event as amazing as possible for the Bride and Groom. Aren't well established places like this supposed to do that exactly?

Another major issue was the sheer amount of bugs flying all over everyone's faces. Id hate to be the bride or groom trying to sit still in front of hundreds of people. You can't tell me that a place like this can't prepare the event area with repellants. I am talking about you having at least 4 bugs flying in your face, at least 2 already on your face, at least 5 on your clothes and a comfortable 3 somewhere under your clothes.

Other than that and a few other things like charging the Bride and Groom unforseen fees and added charges for random, illogical, and frankly idiotic reasons the wedding...
