Circle Moon Theater — Attraction in Newport

What a fun place to watch our friends, neighbors (and sometimes our own kids) put on some of the most entertaining plays and musicals I've seen! This small theater house is full of great people that will surely put a smile on your face. As soon as you walk in the door, you're greeted by staff (or even the owner himself) who immediately make you feel like you're part of the family. Then you'll find seats easily accessible on the main floor or if you prefer, upstairs in the balcony where the staff will deliver your food or coffee while you enjoy the show. On the night of our show, they held a drawing for cash during intermission (and I even won)! If you have time, check out their website and see what else they have to offer. They're always looking for local people who want to perform in the shows (children and adults) and I believe they sometimes need volunteers to help out as well. Have a cabin by the Outpost for 60+ years and drove by a thousand times. My son treated me for Father's Day. It was fantastic. My only complaint, albeit petty, is that there are several Les Mis pieces that would have tied into the theme, that I would have preferred to hear. Actually, although a stretch, Master of the House could have worked in the first half. The boy on the left set us up in the first half, then killed it in the second. That'll show ya, never have a kid or a dog in a show. I'm guessing the the equipment and fixtures have progressed over time - excellent. Personally, given the fact that everyone would have a long drive home, I'm glad you didn't serve...

If your looking for a community fun event.. check out the Circle Moon Theater. I went to a comedy play last night with dinner and it was great! The food wat excellent, atmosphere was great, and the play (which was wrote by the Circle Moon Theater) was funny. This is a barn turned into a Theater that offers plays and concerts and dinner too.
