Elkhorn Park — Attraction in Nibley

This is a popular park for all kinds of youth sports practices. There are some nice shade trees and a large grassy area. There is a baseball diamond at one end and a new playground on the other. There's a pavilion with plenty of picnic tables. There's what looks like a kitchen area, maybe, but it was locked up. I'm guessing that if you reserved the pavilion, you could use that area. There is a drinking fountain, but I didn't use it, so I don't know how well it works. The bathroom is functional, but the floor was kind of dirty. The soap dispenser is automatic, so you don't have to touch it, and the paper towels and toilet paper were stocked. The sink and toilet were clean. The bathrooms and drinking fountain are...

Great park, love the tall trees and playground. The playground has an invisible slide and some balance activities and spinning. It is not a very accessible park for disabilities as there isn’t walking paths or accessible player areas. No swings. I wish they would put in some pickleball courts in some of the grass, even just one court...

The playground equipment is very nice. There's a nice quiet area that the park is located in. It would have been a lot nicer if there were less dogs running loose. Nibley probably should take action about the inconsiderate people who have allowed their dogs to be loose...
