Review for Marble Ridge Winery - Wine Club Experience Only
As a local resident with deep roots in North Andover, I was excited to visit Marble Ridge Winery and explore their offerings, particularly intrigued by the winery's historic charm. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their Wine Club has left me quite disappointed.
My wife and her friend visited the winery on a hot day, and after their tour, they were casually introduced to the Wine Club. The concept seemed promising, especially with the potential for exclusive access to new wines and monthly events. However, the explanation of the membership details was extremely lacking. There was no clear communication about the three-month advance payment requirement, which was only clarified after my wife received an email from the winery's PR representative, Eric.
While I understand the wineryās policies, the lack of transparency during the visit felt misleading. My wife was essentially handed a tablet to pay for the membership without a full understanding of what she was committing to. This approach felt rushed and lacked the careful explanation one would expect from a business seeking to build a loyal customer base.
Moreover, while the email follow-up from Eric was polite and attempted to clarify the benefits, it didnāt fully address the lack of upfront communication.
We appreciate the effort to make amends by ensuring our membership wouldn't be renewed after September, but the experience left a sour taste, figuratively speaking.
We love the concept of the winery and appreciate the historical aspect ā especially since our family has connections to North Andover dating back to the mid-18th century. However, we hope Marble Ridge Winery improves its communication with potential Wine Club members. Clear, upfront information is crucial to building trust and ensuring customers feel comfortable and valued.
I believe in supporting local businesses and hope this feedback helps Marble Ridge Winery enhance their customer experience. We look forward to seeing positive changes...

My husband and I were on a trip to the Mass/NH/Maine area and were looking for unique and meaningful experiences. I found this amazing gem and booked the private tour and tasting with the winemaker, Brigg. I did not mind the price because I was looking for a quality experience. Other nearby wineries (will not mention the name, but you can look them up) offer a very "touristy" experience and can be crowded, this is not the vibe we wanted.
Brigg was amazing. We are big wine lovers and have been to many different wine regions and know a little bit about wine. This made our experience even better as we were able to get great details from Brigg about his wine. How he makes it, his grapes, the techniques, etc. Don't be nervous that there are only 5 wines to taste -- they are all excellent (again, focused on quality). I am SO IMPRESSED that Brigg's first wines are so excellent and I can't wait to visit again in the future to taste even more. We are so convinced Brigg is going to be a huge wine star one day that we are cellaring one of his Cab Sauvs to enjoy in a few years to celebrate his success. We purchased a case of wine before we left.
Brigg made us feel completely welcome and the touring of the vineyard and property was awesome as well. When we left, I felt like Brigg was one of our long-time friends, not someone we just met that day. We plan to come back soon and stay in one of the houses on the property and bring along some other people to experience this.
Seriously, if you are in the area, love wine, and are looking for a unique experience you WILL NOT get somewhere else --...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had friends visiting from out of town, and when I looked into some local fun things we could do, Marble Ridge Winery popped up! I have been to many wineries locally and around the world but never heard of this one, so I had zero expectations. We booked the 2.5-hour private wine tasting since we have 2 young children with us (1 and 5), and we figured it would be the most relaxing way to enjoy the wine tasting. We were greeted by Brig and his assistant, who were both delightful and patient as we took some time to get settled with a party of 6 adults and 2 kids. The experience surpassed my expectations, and I was so impressed with the history and taste of the wines. We brought some food with us to enjoy during the tasting, and Brig even put the football game on for our husbands, who just "needed" to watch. The room is large and perfect to have kids bring some toys/games while the adults mingle and enjoy. We did not feel rushed AT ALL! They have a few bungalows you can rent, which look super cute, and they even have a pool that is open during the summer season, which is such a gem. You really feel like you are almost on vacation when on the property due to the old New England vibe the property brings to the North Andover area. The wine is very high quality, and I am very excited for the future of this business as I am a local and will plan to visit and purchase these wines for myself and for gifts for...
