Very pleased with the hike. Nice view, babbling brooks, birds chirping, and lots of friendly hikers. This hike was easiest enough for athletic kids ten and up to handle or that is what I saw.

The 10/14/23 eclipse was clouded out, but the rolling wisps of clouds in the valley made up for it. I approached from the Mt Si trail side. The Talus loop portion is narrow but solid.

Great trail, easy at the start then more difficult as you continue on. I went to a rocky ledge with a great view. Saw lots of small wildlife on the trail too.
