Riverside Farm Stand & Greenhouse — Attraction in North Berwick

I’ve been stopping here for the last almost 6 years. One of my favorite places. Fresh produce, baked goods, (many they make right there and others brought in) eggs, honey, frozen meals; chicken pot pie, Mac & cheese (both delicious), honey, pasta sauce, salsa, salad dressings. They have a green house and outside full of flowers and whatever the current time of year holiday. Their CSA is the best! You can use it for anything!! Unfortunately it doesn’t last me long, this year, my 2nd year, I had to increase it and hopefully I won’t spend it as quickly and get close to Oct 31 use by date. 😉 Some of my favorites, honey, salad dressings, anadama bread (many times I get it still warm), mild summer salsa, farm style pasta sauce, peanut butter Reese’s cookie. I can't let this Christmas Season end without sharing my experience with this amazing business. My two daughters and I drove over 30 mins in hopes of getting a beautiful tree. AND we weren't disappointed! They had a large selection! Plus free popcorn, cider and hot dogs as you shopped. Which was perfect because it took me over a half hour to choose the tree, because they all were absolutely beautiful and perfectly priced. Not to mention the food they sold at the market inside was freshly made there from breads, soups, to pot pies! Absolutely delicious! Everyone there was warm, welcoming and friendly even though I was indecisive. I never felt rushed as other places have in the past. Trust me, you will not leave...

This place is amazing! For me it's not because of their huge stock of beautiful flowers and other plants for your vegetable garden. It's not because of their piles of extremely fresh vegetables. It could be because of the friendly service, but there is another reason that I look forward to going back to Riverside Farm Stand. Their freshly baked homemade apple and wild blueberry pies are to die for. I've never had better. I used to be the baker in the family, but I don't even bother making my own pies for family events anymore. A quick stop at Riverside assures me that dessert will be a delight.
