Northford Park — Attraction in North Branford

Update 9/28/21. Kids park is brand new and rebuilt. Small and large play sets for toddler and old kids.

Park serves more as a sports park. The park includes a very nice tennis court( no cracks, nice tight nets), nice basketball court, clean nets, two lined soccer fields with nice nets, one softball field( both dugouts had wasps) and a shaded pavilion with plenty of bench tables and 3 grilles. There is also Porta-Potties at the front. Ample parking space. Gas station with convenience store and pizza place across the street. There was lights for the tennis court and basketball courts although not sure how late they stay on.

As of 6/18/21 the children’s playground is torn down, not sure if they are putting up a new one or not. Also the hiking trail in the back was locked so you would have to...

The park offers two big green grass fields to play sports or have a game on. One has two soccer goals with a bleacher and the other is a beautiful stretched out green field to have fun on or workout or do laps. There are basketball courts which are popular for the area. There is also a children's area with swings and fun things to play on for the younger ones. There's a trail in the back that goes for quite a ways to enjoy a beautiful nature walk with the family. There's also a big parking lot so you never have trouble parking. Across the street there's a gas station and next to that a family restaurant that has pizza and wings. The park is a nice place to play at. There's a kiddie play ground for the little ones. A soccer field, a basketball field, Tennis courts and some picnic tables. The park isn't very large and there is a medium size parking lot as well. I stop in to take break when I'm riding my bicycle, it's a nice resting spot. There are port a potty...
