Not accessible unless you have a higher vehicle. There are three streams to cross on the road in. Not only are they fairly deep, the road on either side of the streams is steep which would cause bottoming out. But a Jeep, SUV, or truck wouldn't have issues under normal conditions.
Heavy rain would potentially make this section not accessible even with the aforementioned.

One of the cool things about it is that you have to turn onto a gravel road off of the State road and Cross three Creeks and continue driving through the woods before reaching the first section.
