Catawba Two Kings Casino — Attraction in North Carolina

Anyone who would rate this casino above 2 stars obviously has never been to a quality casino. I received an email stating we missed you and that I received $300 dollars of free play on July 1, 2023. At 12:05 AM on July 1,2023 I inserted my players card to play my free play. The $300 dollars was not on my account. I go to customer service and I’m told it takes several hours for the free play to download to my player’s account. I was not going to stay there not knowing what time the free play would be added to my account. Two Kings customer service manager could not tell me when the free play would be added. Clearly a scam to draw players to the casino making the wait in the hopes that they will spend their own money until the free play is downloaded.This is clearly false advertising. July 1 starts at 12:00 midnight. There were other players complaining about this same issue. Two Kings is misleading players and using false advertising to draw people to its casino. I exchanged information with a few people as witnesses. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC, better business Bureau and the North Carolina Secretary of State. Once the suit is filed we will be contacting all the local news stations. So that consumers can be aware of this scam and if they have experienced this same issue they will have an option to join the class action suit. A law firm here in Atlanta is interested in my claim. I meet with them on 7- 12-23. My intention is to start a class action lawsuit against Two Kings Casino. This wasted my time and caused undue stress to myself and I’m sure other customers. I drove 3 hours to the casino with the intention to play only my free play. Im looking forward to our day in court. I’m sure a judge or a jury of my peers will clearly see that in this email it states my free play starts on July 1, 2023 meaning 12:00AM. They mislead the wrong person who will not tolerate being scammed. Two Kings will now be exposed. Please read the invite below. Please like and once the class action suit is started I will update.

First time visiting. Under construction for a new build. Not judging for this. I believe the building is adequate considering. A good amount of food offered and reasonable. Security remained in the parking lot which made me comfortable enough to return at 4 am by myself. The only complaint I have is the number of slots and variable style slot machines. Some of my favorite and newest games to play were not available. Big disappointment. It takes a good amount of time to learn how games play and reward. A lot of money invested in game time. So when you go to play and they don't have very popular machines that your excited to play, it sucks just to be honest. I played new to me machines but didn't do as well as I had expected. Not sure what their RTP is but felt lower than I'm used to. Maybe all of this will change with the opening of their new casino. I did notice that tables were really happening. It was crowded, busy, but lively. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I was curious though what the percentage of players were visitors or locals. Either way they were having loads of fun. If you like to make visits often im not sure if they will make an incentive for you based on promotions. Free stays, and free play is where its at but i wasnt offered any promotion to speak of. I will update if this changes through the mail or email. Would like to see more old school 3 reals for variety. Vegas is no longer worth visiting as the prices are so over the top. Fewer perks. Food is outrageously priced. Anything free is out of the question. But for my location, Two Kings and Cherokee are both around a 1 hours drive. Convenient for my most resent gambling experiences, Cherokee is at the top of the list. Some report low RTP. My luck has been positive for the times I have played this year. But free play is lower than others and free stays are much less or less frequent than others. So I will be checking for these incentives as Two Kings gets closer to their grand opening. It will definitely be a deciding factor for where I will be spending my time and money. Two Kings are building a massive hotel so I have high hopes for them and will be happy to improve my rating if they accommodate to their players the way casinos have in the past and should. Biggest dumpster fire of a casino! We have been here many times hoping it would get better, and it gets worse. I keep telling my boyfriend “NEVER AGAIN,” but he had faith that it would get better. After today, he told me if he even mentions Two Kings tell him NO! Insanity is doing the same thing over again, and expecting different results.

Let me start with all the reasons why it is the worst of the worst.

The players are paying for their multi million dollar construction in getting robbed at the machines with very little wins. I am an avid casino player that has been to casinos all over the country, and NEVER have I ever spent so much with ZERO returns. Gambling is a game of chance, but can a girl get a thought of having a chance? All you have to do is sit by a fellow player, and they will give you the same lost in translation look. Straight confusion!

They have little to no waitress or waiters selling alcohol, or providing the free non alcoholic beverages. You’re better off going to the bathroom and cupping water in your hands just to get a sip of moisture. All the oxygen that has to be pumped into casinos makes you very thirsty.

It is a non smoking casino, BUT the smell of marijuana throughout the whole casino feels like you are in a smoke session with Cheech and Chong. Luckily, you can’t fail a drug test by a contact high because a lot of players would be unemployed, and then they wouldn’t be able to take you to the cleaners. 💯

For the exception of a few security personnel - the staff and managers are not very inviting, or give you any indication they enjoy their jobs. The players are already gutted from the highway robbery. At least give us a smile while we are voluntarily be taken advantage of. 🥴

If you are a smoker, or need to go outside for any reason at all you will be asked for your ID each and every time! It doesn’t matter if you are a senior citizen and have one foot in the grave you better have your ID or you’re not getting in. Security even knew me by name by the time I left with how much he had to ID me.
