I attended a congratulatory cookout for a family member today at this park. I've visited this park a number of times before. This park is always very clean, feels very safe, and is quite nice. Nice shady trees all around the grounds, and a very nice little picnic pavilion as well. Restroom was extremely clean for a public park, and the park attendant was nice, and even thanked us for being very clean and cleaning up after our event. Definitely a nice place for families, or just to stroll around by yourself. It's close to the little town of Richlands, but just rural enough that it feels far from town. There are a couple different kids playground areas, basketball courts, volleyball, soccer, they even have disk golf if I'm not mistaken. How bout you animal lovers plenty of walking paths and open spaces for you and your pooches pleasure. They have bathrooms with plenty of parking and usually clean all around. Read moreQuite and calm in the morning. It has multiple setting for sports. Such as Baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, and disc golf. I don't play any of those and it shows. What I do enjoy is the trail that outlines the perimeter. I walk it most mornings with my dogs. Once around the track is over a mile. So I look healthy to whoever is passing by, but the reality is I'm walking off dairy queen, cookies, snickers, and my children's holiday candy.
