Yadkin County park — Attraction in North Carolina

Been to this park for years but have seen a decline in the quality of patrons. Played and reffed soccer here for years. But in the past years seems it has turned into a place to get a quickie or do your deals . Last week was confronted by a man who was try to get a quickie at the pond I was attempting to fish... And by attempting I mean waisting my time I wonder when the pond was last stocked. With the random blue gill bite topping 3 inches and the 3 inch yellow belly sliders and the 10 inch snapping turtles it makes you wonder if there is anything left...

There is a semi beautiful disc golf course here. "Semi" because it is currently being partially rebuilt (October 2018). Some of the holes that have been moved are slightly difficult to navigate because of temporary signage, and be careful of bee/wasp/hornet hives while in the woods. The dog park is set back inside the park, parking lot right in front of it, super easy to find. The space is great for the large dogs that need room to run and get their energy out. Dog station for poop bags and trash, and the grounds are well maintained. No water so bring your own water and bowl. No shade.
