My happy place! Playground is safe and fun. Meadow and forest walks, flat or hilly. Clean restrooms and plenty of parking. Pavillions for large and small gatherings and lots of frog and butterfly habitat. Accessible fishing opportunities and festivals through the year, and the GROUNDS STAFF IS AWESOME! Trails are safe and well maintained.

Lots of good trails and fishing spots. Park Office was so nice with the kids. They showed them all the animals in the office and we even got honorary junior ranger badge stickers after taking and oath to protect the natural resources in Chester County! ;-)

Fantastically designed park with trails, fishing, playground, pavilions, and lots of wide open space. That facilitates are clean and the park staff are wonderful. There is an overall sense of peace here.

Chester County has the best parks and this is one of them. There are many well maintained open field and wooded trails with informational and educational stops along the way. You can choose challenging steep paths for a good workout or stroll a couple miles on easy, flat trails. There are several pavilions for picnics . Open fields of native grasses line an accessible, well stocked trout stream. The park is good for pets, adults and children with a large, modern playground.

Nice rural park with creek views and several natural meadows. The chorus frogs are very active in early spring/late winter creating quite a presence in the the meadow. A peaceful place to spend a few hours that includes a recreational area for the...
