Great park! I grew up in Jeannette Pennsylvania, and every Sunday I went to my Grandma's house that was near this park. Anyway getting that out of the way, we walked this trail a lot! What makes this trail so good is that it endless paths you can take! Also, if your not the walking type feel free to take your bike! I rode my bike on this trail with my cousin, and it was very smooth and fast considering we both had no suspension on are bikes. Just to warn you though, there are some fallen trees that can get it your way, so be careful. Anyway I definitely recommend...

This place is GORGEOUS!! I love that it's tucked in at the end of a beautiful neighborhood. Yet, it seems so far removed. The energy of the park is calming, peaceful, & very serene. Trails aren't really marked. However, if you're a avid Hiker, You'll find Your way just fine. If you're just looking to stroll for a short walk, use AllTrails to map the trail You want or to find Your way. This place is a short drive from Pittsburgh. It's worth a visit!...

Enjoyed a hike here but like another reviewer, we got lost and really turned around at one point. I had a picture of the map but I think we ended up on some unofficial or incomplete trails. I don’t think trails are always blazed well. It was summer and pretty hot and the waterfall was dry. I will definitely return again to hike with my dogs but I will be more careful about which trails we pick! Have a picture of the map and your cell phone...

Have you visited Braddock’s Trail Park in Westmoreland County? 📌Save this post for your next spring hike near Pittsburgh, PA. 🌺 🌳 This small park in North Huntingdon Township is a bit off-the-beaten path and has a lot to offer. In a 2 mile hike, you will see wildflowers, a 20-ft waterfall (go after a good rainfall 💦), ruins, a bridge, and an overlook of the Youghiogheny River. This is a great place to bring the kids and dogs for a family hike. We had the best time exploring this charming park. 🌻Although it may be tempting to pick wildflowers, it is best to leave them for all to enjoy. “Take only photographs and leave only footprints.”👣 #hikingpa #Westmorelandcounty #northhuntingdon #irwinpa #pennsylvania #pittsburgh #waterfalls #vista
