Fairstream Farms Organics — Attraction in North Judson

Been buying from this farmer at the farmer's market in Lafayette for over 13+ years. Talking about real organic produce at a very reasonable price. Maybe because of his philosophy in farming, or maybe because he really doesn't use much or any pesticide, his produce does have more flavor compared to other organic products that you get from the grocery stores and some other farmers. The saying, "small and powerful," is a perfect way to describe his produce. Don't underestimate his mustard green, just a bite and you will feel a strong kick to it compared to 3-4 leaves you get from the stores. As well as his arugula, carrots, and just about everything there. Very fulfilling. The farmer will often bring in some unique produce that others don't carry. A great way to introduce something new for us to try too.
