Nice staff, solid equipment, good for kids, park in the ski lot We reserved an 11-1pm reservation for the family. We have twin 6 year olds. You show up and while it looks like there's parking there your safest best is the ski and ski overflow like, 500 yards away. There's a sign that says it's for ambulance parking and the way the lot is shaped it looks like it implies that it's one specific spot. Nope. The whole roadside ledge. 3 people had to take time out of their reservations to go repark. The staff were all really nice and we got the same lessons 3 times. the tubes were in good condition. If your kid is too lightweight it doesn't matter if they're the correct height, there won't be enough tension for the lift to pull them up the hill. There's two routes down. One is a teeny bit slower than the other but it looks like a nice choice to offer scared kids than any major difference. If you drop anything the nice staff will pause the next rider and grab it. Bring a bib, bring gloves and bring a hat. While we were there the wind picked up and it started to hail. The only shelter was the shack pictured below where you signed your waivers. They don't sell food or hot chocolate. Pack a thermos. However, the large, pointy red roofed lodge right within view has surprisingly good hot chocolate. Although everything is crazy expensive it IS close if you need to warm up kids immediately lol. I would absolutely go again.

This place exceeded my expectations for a lot of reasons: 1. Crowd management I was worried this place would be super crowded on a Saturday afternoon, but they have a great system where you sign up for time slots, ensuring that there aren’t too many people at a time. Plenty of parking too. 2. Amazing staff Every member of the crew working there was friendly, knowledgeable, and great at controlling chaos. Our time slot included a large group of rowdy teens, and the staff struck the perfect balance between letting them have their fun, but also knowing when to step in when they were doing something unsafe or disruptive. 3. Fun for ages 8 to 80 Usually, the worst part about sledding is climbing up the hill every time. This place has an awesome lift that carries you up to the top—no hiking required. Because of this, we saw both children and much older guests enjoying it. If you’re on the fence, this is definitely worth your money. We went down the track at least 20 times. Perfect way to enjoy winter, especially if you don’t ski or snowboard.

Was having a blast with my boys until I crashed pretty hard at the end of lane one. Don't know if someone wasn't paying attention to a previous runner but I flipped out of control after hitting one of the unsecured slip mats at the bottom of the hill. Must have folded and stopped me abruptly rather than the usual smooth braking I was experiencing. No workers came over and asked if I was ok or apologized (I guess that's why we sign the waiver). The attendant at the top of the hill was the only one that seemed to noticed because he said over the walkie "the last rider crashed pretty bad, check the course and make sure it was ok". Don't think I'll be back, safety is a concern and there's definitely a risk when going down these hills, glad I wore a helmet. Cute dog saved the rating. Sorry, I can't recommend this place.

It's pretty important to know that there is a height restriction of 42" for riders, an no option of liability waivers or for kids to ride with parents... not a bad thing, just rules that aren't front and center on the website. We made this mistake, and it ended up causing some frustration for us... families with little ones, plan accordingly so you don't end up having to just turn around and go home like we did... Their idea is great and it looked like riders were having fun. Hopefully we'll get to go as a family in a few years... We're not very interested in spending dollars there this year any more though given the situiation we eneded up in.

Updated This additional info is in response to Wasatch Parc's nearly instant reply to my review, which had origionally been 3 stars. They have sice deleted their reply to me realizing it was a public response to my public opinion:

I would be happy to offer you a solution. Just add that very important information to your actual home page on your website... Most of your customers will use google, facebook or other apps to look up your info. Less than 20% will call you. So, kudos for adding that to your message for those that call... For the rest of us, having that info available front and center on your landing page is extremely helpful. In our families situation, we decided to go on a whim, so I quickly looked at your home page to get the most important info you wanted your customers to have and then we hit the road. Obviously the height restriction info isn't there, leading us to make a poor choice, and now based on your response of basically saying I'm and idiot for not knowing to call you up front for the rules, we'll no longer be coming back at all. I've also lowered my experience rating to two stars because this has now been a pretty terrible situation all around.

Hopefully, this review gets the attention of others who do the same, they can arrange to leave their little ones at home and enjoy your hill. Good luck with future operations though! I'm sure there are plenty of families out there who won't need to worry about the height...

I tell you I haven't had so much fun in a long time! This place was awesome! I do wish though that they had seating for the parents who are not snow tubing and a walk way for us to get up and snap videos. The hills where steep for the elder who come as a group to watch their grandkids tube. But hey you can't have everything! If they could make three tubing slopes I'd feel the lines would go a lot quicker but more work for the guys out their. I loved the easy going attitude they all had their. But be aware that the bathroom is located at the other side of the slopes where the skiing facility is. Not very convenient in my opinion. Maybe a porta potty could work if they could keep them up. But that could be harder to maintain which I understand. Great place over all despite the things I wish existed in the facility. But now that I know what it was like I can prepare for next time. Only complaint is I wish the facility would of answered my email so that I could of prepared. I needed some questions answered but they never responded. So we just chanced it and went. But we had a blast and the owner was very good at keeping the sloped curves maintained. Thanks for the wonderful time "Wasatch Parc employees" can't wait to bring...
