Stewart Park — Attraction in North Township

A very nice park in a high trafficked area. Police roll by often and it is on an intersection so you feel safe. The surrounding neighborhood is well kept too.

The playground equipment is new and nice, not to mention fun. The slides are tube slides, steep and fast (fun). The slides are a little dangerous but it is a park and kids are always going to push limits so someone will get hurt eventually.

There are single & double swings, musical equipment (xylophone, bongos and chimes/pipes) and a giant rotating swing. The playground is covered in woodchips, not the best but better than blacktop.

There are also multiple soccer fields and a large open area (grass). The parking lot can probably handle 20-30 cars. Overall a nice, safe and fun park!

Update as of 8JUNE2022: The swings need a solid shot of WD40. They work but are loud. The xylophone is missing one of the stick thingies. Slides are still awesome, aerial merry go round is still a blast. In June, the cottonwood is out so if you have allergies...
