I asked for a sample of rye to go with my 15# flour order and... they gave me two pounds and an extra two pounds of flour. The quality is amazing. The people clearly care about their product. Packaging and shipping are equally great. And I got a personal note. So fun to play with their flours in my sourdough...

A little piece of heaven.You have no idea how amazing home made bread can be until you make it with their FRESH stone ground "warthog" or "zorro" whole wheat flour. You order it on Monday, they grind it on Tuesday, you pick it up on Wednesday. Bake your bread on Thursday and you're in heaven...
