Absolutely horrible. Went in with my cardiac response & mobility service dog and the first words yelled at us are “NO DOGS! NO DOGS! ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS!” We explain that he is a task trained service dog and it is illegal to exclude a service dog and their disabled handlers. Yes, you can exclude them from being near the farm animals, but can NOT exclude them from the farm. We saw two other PET dogs there, but no one said anything. My dog was raised on a farm in Tennessee and has also thousands of dollars and hours spent on training. The man who was sitting in the entrance should learn that yelling at a disabled person is not acceptable nor appropriate for his age. Had he explained things politely instead of yelling, it may have been a better conversation. The woman beside him seemed like she wanted to politely explain, but he kept yelling over her. I accidentally said “orchard” instead of farm and he yelled at me telling me it was a farm not an orchard. We didnt even want to see the animals, you know because we have been raised with them and dont need to see more, we just wanted a pumpkin and doughnut.

Maybe try updating your website to say you dont allow dogs even service dogs which is illegal, but still helpful if it was added. They dont have any rules on their website either.

If youre disabled, or want to support an ethical, non discriminatory business, I suggest going to Corn Fun Family Farm.

I hope the poor lady has a good day and the man has the day he deserves.

Here is a picture of one of the pet dogs as well as my task trained medical service dog.

In response to Mayburys “response”:

The man NEVER said anything about tickets even though that is the EXACT reason we went inside was to purchase them. Additionally, he said “NO DOGS ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS” to which I responded “he is a medical task trained service dog” to which he repeated “NO DOGS WE CANT HAVE DOGS ON THE FARM EVEN IF ITS A SERVICE DOG”. The man said even if it is a service dog they dont want their animals to get sick. Im not sure why he would lie to you saying he said we needed tickets or that he didnt know my dog was a service dog. My dog CLEARLY had a LARGE mobility harness on that stated he was a service dog as was required by law to have access. He also NEVER asked what tasks my dog preforms, which is one of the ADA questions you mentioned. Im adding a picture of his harness down below too. (Also why in the world for any other reason would “the situation escalate” other than him denying my service dog?

Im not sure if you all think lying to protect a worker is acceptable, because it is not. Once again, I absolutely do NOT recommend this lying, disgraceful...

We decided to try the farm for our Christmas pictures instead of spending $40 min at the mall. It was only 10 dollars to get in because my daughter is under 2 still. I was so impressed with how well they did their Christmas event. The Santa was amazing and they also had a frosty the snowman character. The Santa picture area was warmed enough for my daughter to take off her coat for some pictures. Multiple scenes for photos.

The craft area we weren't able to see a lot of because my daughter had a crippling fear of the snowman but I was able to see well enough that the crafts were all well organized and high quality especially for 10 dollars!

Then you feel good because the money is going toward the farm to take care of the animals.

Then we were also able to walk around and see all the animals it could be hours of enjoyment

I was so impressed that this is our new go to spot for Christmas and I will be looking into their other events. I felt like 10 dollars wasn't enough for them so I spent some money in their store and we got to go home with toys my daughter loved and give a little more money to the farm.

We ended up avoiding a 3.5 hour wait at the mall, spend less money, all while having a more elaborate experience.

I highly reccomend them not only in the summer but for their...

Went for Farm Fest on May 17th 2025. The animals seemed very stressed. It was sad to see. We were also treated unfairly at the wagon ride. We saw a wagon about to leave and rushed up showing our tickets. The guy said we would have to wait even though he could have called to the driver that there were two more people to get on.

When the wagon came back around and emptied we were the only two people in line so we boarded the wagon. We waited close to fifteen minutes as the Tractor Driver chatted it up to with the line guard. The driver finally came and gave us the speech spiel. He finally started us on our way, but the kicker was, the line guard yelled out that there were more people so he stopped in the middle of the trail to let them on. Why didn’t they do the same for us? It left a very bad taste in my mouth and felt very passive aggressive and personal. I will not come here again, it is...

Great neighborhood attraction! Met a friend for a playdate here. It's $7 per person. You go through a store to enter and leave. If you forget your kid's snacks, you can get Graham crackers etc for a modest price. The kids loved seeing the lamas, hens, pigs, ducks, goats. They loved the see through window to see an enclosed bee colony making honey. There was a large playground for them to play, including sand box, stationary train and tractor play structures, and etc. The kids couldn't wait to come back to this place. Educational and well worth the visit. 😊
