Been coming to this park for 15+ years, I'm 32 years old, originally started coming here in middle school to use the outdoor tennis court and outdoor roller hockey rink, both free to use being that this is a public park, although the tennis court is very close to a school but I don't believe they own it, it's open to the public to use I've been there hundreds of times at all hours of the day, in more recent times a disc golf course has been added to the park and it also has lake access to the south side of Mona lake which has a beach and playground and as of 7/25/2023 some sort of construction happening on the beach possibly for a club house of some sorts, location also has a softball field, school playground and the beach also has a playground and beach parking, popular fishing and boating location that leads into lake Michigan via boat. 20+ picnic tables and built in public charcoal grills unsure whether reservations are allowed but public use definitely is. Was just there a week ago to swim and play tennis but didn't...

The only thing that bothered me is coming to this park. Not knowing anything about the graduation party is in the outlook Post and you have closed the road so that we can't drive up there. And we have to park in a separate parking lot and walk. And I just got off crutches. So that was not a fun walk, wasn't terribly far, but far enough. We were under the impression. We would be parking in that area. I'm sure it's not your fault completely, but if you know somebody's renting it.Why would you close the entrance way to get to it?Or why don't you have a sign by the parking places with an arrow Or something that says park here because you have to walk The rest of the way but It was a really nice view. But other than that, the property out there was very pretty, very nice, very common.I saw many people enjoying what...

The first time I went to Ross Park I was a small child. Now I am 37 thousand years old, have gone by countless names and have continued to enjoy the various facilities and features of the park: the deep-ass woods, the sandy-ass beaches, the picnic-ass tables, the base-ass ball fields, the porta-ass johns, the parking-ass lots, the disc golf-ass course, the play-ass ground equipment, the scenic-ass views and grassy-ass grass. It's all top-ass notch. 5 emphatic-ass stars for this park that helps to relieve my eternal torment. There are no fearsome creatures to summon from the deep-ass waters...

Beautiful park, with shaded paved paths. There was tons of parking spots. Beach area was clean and the new shower/rinse station was very nice. Playground is better suited for maybe the 4-8yr range but my son still enjoyed it. The new building is a great addition to the community, however, I haven't actually seen anyone use it or a form to submit for renting.

The front 10 holes are located in the woods but they have beautiful lines already cut out. It just seems a little tighter than it actually is. The last eight nine holes are great for working on your distance and which ones to keep in the bag and which ones to put away. I had an amazing time here even by myself golfing was extremely fun

A very dangerous situation was avoiding. Can you see the chain going across the walkway there. I barely can see it in the photograph provided but I almost ran into it with my bicycle. Maybe putting something bright yellow on that would help make it more visible to avoid a potential problem in the future.
