My daughter and I were at the Tallmadge Summit Racing branch picking up a parts order I made online. She was very little at the time and didn't understand that I couldn't just buy her any of the NASCAR cars close to the ceiling they have on display there. A lady that worked there over heard her and felt touched by the experience and decided to give my family free tickets to an event here. When the day came, we drove and drove and drove to get here. The facility is mighty and quite interesting. It's really something to see up close for the first time. I used to watch events all the time on the T.V. when I was little and always wanted to go to one of these kinds of shows to see it for myself. The parking here is very spacious and the place is well kept. Since we had tickets all ready in hand, we didn't have to wait for very long at all to get in either.
Once inside they had vendors, booths, restrooms, pretty much all the amenities one could ask for. Before the events started we took a stroll down the aisles and got to see people showing off their rides while they got them tuned and prepped. The kids got themselves super excited seeing it all, so we go and get ourselves into our seats and get ready to GO! Then the rain started.... Sadly it was bad enough to cancel the event. The kids were beyond bummed out and so was the wife and I. Well long story short we hoped to come back here one day, but between a curve ball to my health and a vehicle badly in disrepair now. I don't know when I will be able to take them again sadly. Long story short I have been coming to Summit Racing since I was little too 35+ years and even though it didn't turn out, the staff at Summit are absolutely world class and always have been. Not just their parts, prices and service. I will always recommend them to everyone I hear...
Read moreThe Night Under Fire event itself was great but we paid for 9 seats in the Budweiser stands. Security at the stands don't check to see who has paid tickets for the stands, so people were taking seats wherever. We had a couple sitting in our seats before we got there and the girl was harassing us and refused to move. Security wouldn't move her and her bf. But instead security and police harassed my moms bf because of the false accusations of this girl. She tried to get us kicked out of the seats we paid for and security let her stay in our seats the rest of the night regardless of the fact she continues to stir up more problems while in our seats. They need to enforce the seating chart because those tickets cost extra money. She didn't even have tickets for stand seating. I was really disappointed in how that situation was handled. We were only able to use 4 out of the 9 seats we paid for because of the couple and the prejudice of the security that confronted my moms bf because of the accusations from the girl trying to get us kicked out so she could keep our seats. They owe us an apology and a refund for the seats we couldn't use. They were $43 a piece. It's been 4 days since summit contacted us and still no resolution to the issues and no refund. They brushed us off. Just to update... summits solution is to charge us $10 to reserve the same seats for night under fire for next year and to top it off, they still want us to pay full price for those tickets over 4 installments like they're doing us a favor....

Pictured is Street Outlaws probally my biggest disappointment that particular program has a long way to my expectations were high.. I called at 4 pm on Saturday and asked how long the program lasted and was told by Operator till 10 pm drive over an hour and a half to arrive here a lot of chatting and few races to only leave after 7 pm a huge drive and loss of money I know that the Bader family don’t fly like that so even though that nite hurt my wallet and long drive for naught I still give 5?star rating cause I know the The family knows that program needs some tweaking even when we left people from Summit were saying comeback we promise next week will be better, they knew... Only other thing I could say can use help it is time to add another ice cream stand the lines are costing too much time away from track for the buck deal which is one of the most talked about deal at Norwalk- Summit Motorsport a hundred years from now when ice cream is a hundred a scoop the Baders will have to figure out how to still offer a pound for a buck.. One of few things in our life that has held true for all these years... Thanks for all the...
