Rustic barn venue with all the upgraded amenities

If you are even thinking about getting married, you need to check carper winery out before they are booked. Carper has a feel and look of a rustic barn with miles if open green pastures in the background but yet the inside is completely full of updated amenities. The bridal suite was a perfect place to have your bridal tean come to you. The gorgeous vaulted barn ceiling and the rustic cross cross lights makes for beautiful pictures. Also this "barn" has AC! It's amazing that other venues think you don't need AC in Iowa in the summer. The pictures possibilities are endless at this venue as well as the set up inside. It was absolutely perfect and everything I dreamed of.

Not only was the venue perfect, the staff was even more perfect. You never get that combination. I don't have enough nice words for Tracy. She was as hands on or hands off as you wanted. She was so easy to work with and was the nicest person. The bartending staff was also second to none. All my guests enjoyed them! My wedding was just 3 days ago and I've never been one to write reviews, but I thought I'd go ahead and write this one. Our day was absolutely perfect, not a single mishap which is probably rare these days. My parents have always been the "shop around and look at 20 places" first before making decisions, and I walked into Carper's (first stop) and knew I found my venue. I looked at one other one to satisfy my parents need to "shop around" but they knew my heart was set. The building is beautiful and you can tell they put everything into it. And Tracy? Well she was more amazing than the building itself! The only "mishap" we had was more than likely caused by one of our guests and I can't say i was even concerned about it but she was ON it and had it fixed with two different solutions, almost immediately. Carper Vineyard was the perfect venue for our wedding. The outdoor scenery was a gorgeous backdrop for the ceremony and offered many different views for wedding pictures. The building has been finished with many unique and beautiful touches, and it offered another stunning backdrop for pictures. The setup of the location is perfect, and every detail has been planned for the bride’s and groom’s needs.

Tracy Carper was amazing to work with. She was well prepared for our needs and every part of the day ran seamlessly. She provided great recommendations of vendors where we needed and she provided creative ideas when we needed help figuring out logistics or details. The reception staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. They helped the reception to run smoothly and ensured that our wedding party and guests had a great night.
