I absolutely love Mr. Steve and his team. They KNOW their “regulars,” and even the regulars family members! That’s me!
My Mama and Dad have/had lived in O’Fallon forever and when my father passed (last year), Mr. Steve knew exactly what to say. He shared his love and compassion to my Mama and I AND he helped us select the perfect arrangements, and not the most expensive thing available. He leaned in to the years and years of servicing my Dad supplying the perfect elegant flowers to compliment his farewell.
But wait, it’s not just in hard times. See my Dad use to send my Mama flowers, specifically red roses every month. When he passed our family continued the tradition, and we told Mr. Steve to please send flowers for one year. And what happened next is why this is the ONLY flower shop for my family. Mr. Steve calls me, leisurely one Saturday afternoon and says, after lovely greetings, of course, “Hi, just wanted to check in as the year of flowers is up.” Now y’all know too often the service would have: Ended without word, or Continued, without consent.
You can imagine the rest of the conversation, pleasant, cheerful, lovely and together we determined our flower plan.
Every time, they exceed my expectations… and that’s hard!
Thanks y’all for being the “blooming” part of...
Read moreI ordered flowers sympathy flowers for my dear friend that I had known for about 20 years. The odd thing about our relationship was that we were computer gamers, and although I felt I knew him very well after all that time, I had never actually met him in person.
So when he died, I knew I needed to send flowers, but it only seemed appropriate to send it to him as his video game character from the group we were both part of, which happened to be a group of superheroes that worked to heal and transport other heroes through the hard zones in the game.
We wore orange and white rescue suits and I was very specific with the florist asking for orange and white flowers to represent our group.
We were more than friends in this group. Many of us had met in real life and our friend's death had hit hard but the flowers were stunning. The florist went the extra mile and the flowers have that personal touch that I would have given them myself if I could have. I can't thank them enough. You've made a sad situation just a little bit brighter because out friend would have loved the creamsicle flowers for sure....

Went in to load up on Christmas items at 75% off. I picked out two flocked Christmas trees and went to check out. The woman said they were only 50% off despite signs all across the store indicating “Christmas 75% off.” I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here in the past, BUT NO MORE. One would think they would honor their advertising but I guess not. Indeed, Honorable sellers are hard to find these days! Pity really as I like to spend money at local businesses, especially this business. I get better customer service at Dierbergs Florist in Shiloh and they HONOR their “sale” advertisements, even if it is a mistake. I CAN NO LONGER RECOMMEND STEVEN MUELLER FLORIST! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Shop Dierbergs Florist!

I checked to see if they replied to my feedback. To make matters worse, they FLAT OUT LIED saying that their signs said 50% off for trees. THEY ADDED THAT AFTER I PROVIDED FEEDBACK. UNBELIEVABLE. Why not just admit you made a mistake...
