Beautiful place, but locals drive though here every hour with modified trucks, driving dangerously close to people and flinging mud. The road was pretty torn up from them, and it scared my kids. I waved and tried to be friendly, but they did not stop. Every hour or so, tearing through here, bouncing their engine off the rev limiter. From mid afternoon until after dark. There must not be much for them to do...

Would be nice if the electricity worked, or was turned on. I'm camping on the flats and hate having to run my truck to charge my phone. Also, I'm not sure if it is because it's still winter, but even with the weather being better, this park has gotten no upkeep. Plus, the one outhouse hasn't been cleaned out in...

We were looking for a spot to stop on our way to Keystone and this park fit the bill. We were able to get out, use the facilities, and stretch for a bit. We've stopped at Oacoma so many times but never took a moment to relax by the river! Just a few blocks away is a great picnic area. I stopped on my way home to eat, stretch and look out at the water. Beautiful evening. Bathrooms are nothing fancy (haha) but got the job done.
