My wife and I just made the ride from Edgartown to Oak Bluffs to walk around. If you care about your health in this time of COVID read on. We drove along the beach road on this 88 degree day and will conservatively estimate that there were about 500 cars parked along side the two miles or more of road. Here is where it gets gross, there is not so much as a port-a-john or restroom for miles in both directions. So where do you think people are going to relieve themselves. I almost throw up in my mouth when I think about it. Nobody can hold that 24oz ice coffee until they get home. I would never take my kids or anyone to this beach. Do yourself a favor go to Menemsha or south beach, both free and both with changing and...

Perfect for the family if you can find a place to park. Huge stretch of water and it's where the "Jaws" bridge that people love to jump off of. The signs says "No Jumping", but it's an institution that is sacred and everyone jumps. If you like waves, you'd better go to South beach instead. And if you like to walk along the sandy beach, the rocks are a little bit uncomfortable. Better to wear sandals...

Beautiful Beach, it might be a little pack but definitely worth squeezing in there, water is pretty clear and theirs a good amount of fish and life under water so it's good for snorkeling, and if you're bored of just swimming around you can walk down the beach to the "Jaws Bridge" (locals call it 2nd Bridge) and jump off, it's only about 15-20ft high, so don't be scared give it a go and...

A very nice and enjoyable beach in the well known area of Martha's Vineyard. Great for swimming, sunbathing, picnics, wave boarding or a nice long walk. Very clean and well maintained. Close to "Jaws Bridge" that is a must! A parking lot would be more beneficial in the area. Lots of tourist in the summer. Highly recommended to all to visit. A must see and experience.

Easy to get to. Parking nearby unless it's packed, then you'll have to drive, it's accessible by bike and bus Vineyard Transit Authority or if you want easier access take a taxi. No dog's are permitted on the beach, restrooms are the Oak Bluffs Steamship, no restrooms on the beach.

Great beach! Many people use the beach but there is plenty of room for everyone. Parking can be a challenge but it’s a short Uber from Oaks Bluffs or Edgartown. We walked from Edgartown and it’s a hike. Dry off before calling a ride or they won’t come get you!
