Prairie's End — Attraction in Oak Grove

If you're looking for a peaceful escape into nature, Prairie’s End is the perfect spot. Tucked away on 40 beautiful acres, it feels like your own private retreat. We loved waking up to the sounds of birds, and spotting deer and other wildlife right outside the door the evening before. The walking trails offer plenty of room to explore and soak in the quiet beauty of the prairie.

During our stay, we also enjoyed learning a little about permaculture and living off the land. Watching the ducks waddle through the grass and the chickens peacefully feeding added to the authentic, serene vibe. (And bonus — there’s no rooster on the property, so our sleep was wonderfully uninterrupted!)

The Guest House is cozy and flexible for small families — the queen bed was very comfortable, and it was great to have extra sleeping options like a pull-out couch, an air mattress, and a roll-away bed. We also appreciated having access to the event center, which offers even more communal space if needed. The event center would comfortably seat a small crowd for a farm-to-table meal, workshop or special dinner, with plenty of room outside for larger gatherings.

Finding the Guest House was easy with clear directions — just look for the Prairie’s End sign and park near the first building. It's pet-friendly, too.

Visited there for the first time today. I was very impressed! Tucked away in the "North 40" where you can take in beautiful nature and fresh air. Everything grown here is with love and organic ingenuity. You can rent out the small venue for family reunions or any get together. Prairies End is such a magical place. I have been out to the farm for a few different events and I fall in love with the place more each time.
