It's not often you get to attend the dedication ceremony of a new State Park, but that's what we did on September 30, 2017. It's a little​ out of the way but it's a beautiful portion of Maryland. It's really called Sang Run State Park.

It is a very peaceful easy to walk trail. The nice thing is you won't run into the big crowds like some of the other hiking trails in the area.

Very small park packed with history and activities. Kids will enjoy the hay ride and crafting area while the adults will enjoy the historic aspect of the park. The staff at the park are knowledgeable and very friendly. Honestly the staff made the visit...

Beautiful park and nice little fall fest. Loves that the park is run by two full time rangers and one part time ranger. They are really working hard to make the park what the envision. Love that they are a no now park for the native species. Enjoyed the...
