Emerson Ranch Park — Attraction in Oakley

It’s a very beautiful, nice and quite neighborhood with a very well kept park .Residents in the community were very diversed, respectful , loving in keeping , and maintaining the community peaceful and environmentally friendly . Not too mention, the park is very kid and animal friendly. It is always clean and well kept garden. You’ll see different types of flowers bloom at different seasons of the year . Its a perfect weather for all times walking in the park. If you love the fresh air breeze, you will experience it here. Stroll around the lake, let the kids play baseball, or soccer, or have the younger kids play in the play park. Spend the afternoon fishing in the lake, or have a family gathering at the picnic tables with BBQ's. Dog owner? Keep your pup hydrated with the doggie drinking fountain, and plenty of bags and trash cans for clean up.

The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review? There's no toilet facilities. This means you can't really spend too much time...

Great park. Just wish the city or someone would put dog bags into the empty dog bag containers. I think if they did, maybe people would actually start picking up after their dogs. People are actually leaving their filled dog bags underneath one of the empty containers, which is beyond gross. I think that’s almost worse than just leaving on the ground.
